1. Agreement
These terms apply to everyone who visits mzancex-ai.com or uses the Mzancex AI platform and app. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service. We've tried to keep the language plain; where something is legally necessary, we've explained why.
2. Who can use Mzancex AI
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You must provide true, current and complete information when you register.
- You may hold only one account, and it must be in your own name.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password and one-time PINs private and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away at support@mzancex-ai.com if you suspect someone else has access. We may ask for identity documents at any time and may suspend an account while we check them.
4. How AI auto trading works
When you switch auto trading on, you authorise the platform to open and close trades on your behalf within the risk profile and limits you set. You can pause the AI at any time. The AI makes decisions based on data and models that can be wrong; it does not know the future.
5. Deposits, withdrawals and fees
- Deposits and withdrawals are made in South African rand (ZAR).
- Withdrawals are paid only to a verified bank account in your own name.
- Any applicable fees are shown before you confirm a transaction.
- We may delay or refuse a transaction we reasonably believe is fraudulent or unlawful.
6. Risk
Trading forex, crypto, indices and commodities carries a high level of risk. You can lose some or all of the money you deposit. Past performance, demo results and testimonials do not guarantee future results. Please read our full Risk Disclaimer.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose
- Try to reverse-engineer, overload or interfere with our systems
- Open accounts for other people or share your login
- Use automated scripts to access the platform outside the features we provide
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by South African law, Mzancex AI is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or losses caused by internet outages, load-shedding, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by contacting support, after open trades are closed and your balance is withdrawn. We may close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify account holders of material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. See also our Privacy Policy.
